As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with both clients and the sales team to ensure a seamless and transparent purchase experience. You will assist clients in understanding financing and leasing options, while presenting products and services that enhance their ownership experience.
This role is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to manage their workload independently in a fast-paced environment.
Guide clients through financing, leasing, and protection product options
Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with lenders to secure approvals and funding
Present and explain value-added products and services
Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience
Monitor performance and adjust approach to meet targets
Ensure compliance with all dealership and regulatory requirements
Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
Experience & Credentials
3+ years of experience in finance, sales, or a related field
Automotive finance experience is a strong asset
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
VSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Skills & Attributes
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and client service skills
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with dealership platforms such as CDK, CRM tools, and finance software is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Candidates who are tech-savvy and adaptable will be set up for success in this position.
Commission-based compensation: $100,000 to $150,000+ per year
Benefits available after 3 months
Schedule includes evenings and Saturdays
Flexibility is required to ensure all deals are completed professionally and on time
